By accessing or using JellyMine.Net, including the Minecraft server, website, Discord server, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
JellyMine.Net is a community-operated Minecraft server run voluntarily by a small group of individuals under a sole trader–style arrangement. We are not a registered company.
The Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You may use the Services if:
You have access to a valid Minecraft account
You comply with these Terms and all server rules
You meet any age requirements imposed by Minecraft or applicable law
Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of minors using the Services.
All players must comply with the server rules published in-game, on our website, or on our Discord server. These rules form part of these Terms.
Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour
Impersonation of staff or other players
Advertising or spamming
Attempting to disrupt server stability or security
We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether behaviour violates the rules.
Staff members may take moderation action, including warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
All moderation decisions are final. Appeals may be offered but are not guaranteed.
Donations are voluntary contributions to support server operation. Donations do not grant ownership, control, or decision-making rights over the server.
We may offer paid ranks, perks, or cosmetic items. These:
Are virtual items with no real-world monetary value
Do not constitute ownership or property rights
May be modified, rebalanced, or removed at any time
Unless required by applicable law, donations and purchases are non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access to the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account. We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to:
Modify gameplay mechanics or features
Reset worlds, inventories, or progress
Restrict or discontinue parts of the Services
All server content, configurations, custom plugins, branding, and materials are owned or licensed by JellyMine.Net, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit server content without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
We are not liable for data loss, gameplay loss, or service interruptions
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or server rules.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms such as Discord or payment processors. We are not responsible for those services or their content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where mandatory local consumer laws apply, those rights are not excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published through official JellyMine.Net channels. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
