Welcome to JellyMine.Net, a Minecraft multiplayer server (“Server”) operated by the JellyMine team (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Server, website, store, or Discord (“Services”), you (“you”, “player”, or “user”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Our Services are available to players of all ages. However, players under 13 must only use JellyMine.Net with parental or guardian permission and supervision.

You are solely responsible for your Minecraft and Discord accounts.
Do not share accounts or use alternate accounts to evade punishments.
We are not liable for any loss of data, ranks, or items due to account misuse or compromise.
All players must comply with our Server Rules, which include but are not limited to:

No harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour
No inappropriate content, including offensive usernames or skins
No real-world trading of in-game items or accounts
Violations may result in a warning, mute, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban at our discretion.
All store purchases and donations (e.g. ranks, crate keys, cosmetics) are final and non-refundable.
Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g. PayPal / Stripe).
Attempting to initiate a chargeback or dispute may result in a permanent ban.
We reserve the right to modify or remove any product, perk, or feature at any time, with or without notice.
We collect and use limited player data (e.g. usernames, IP addresses, purchase history) solely to operate the server and deliver services. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
All server builds, branding, plugins, configurations, and custom content are the property of JellyMine.Net or their respective authors.
You may not copy, sell, distribute, or reproduce any JellyMine content without explicit permission.
Minecraft™ and its assets are property of Mojang Studios and Microsoft.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees about uptime, server availability, or uninterrupted gameplay.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, modify gameplay, reset worlds, or shut down services without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JellyMine.Net and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
